Language assistants and native conversations give our students the opportunity to interact more with the foreign language.
As an international school, our students are provided with a native conversation assistant program. Preschool students have the opportunity to learn a lot of vocabulary about our traditions and interesting things about the Christmas season. In small groups, students carry out different vocabulary games, as such as memory, bingo, playdough mats, dominos, flashcards, storyboards, story books…
Language games have many benefits: one of the most important is the increasing of the student exposure to English through motivating and encouraging conversation practice; always in a relaxed and low pressured atmosphere. These games also give everyone the opportunity to practice and improve their language skills, essentially their speaking and listening.
Thanks to learning through games students learn, develop socioemotional abilities and interact with schoolmates. To sum up, language assistants and native conversations give our students the opportunity to interact more with the foreign language.
